What is your returns policy?
Diamond Kitten does not accept returns after 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unopened. A receipt of purchase is required for all cash returns.

All orders can be tracked on the UPS/FedEx websites with the tracking number given to you at checkout. You can also track your order by calling our customer service department or contacting us online via the Diamond Kitten website using your order confirmation number.
